NXF Youth Athlete Training utilizes the most advanced training techniques and research to build a young athlete’s athletic foundation, improve their overall skill set and increase confidence. While the training classes are focused, we strive to provide a fun and friendly team environment to ensure the athletes are engaged and comfortable in a competitive environment.

NXF Youth Athlete Training Programs are designed for ages 6 – 11 and Advanced Athlete Training Program for ages 12 – 16.
Our training classes are specifically created to motivate and develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.
The NXF Training model will focus on:

TRAINING PROGRAMS
YOUTH ATHLETE TRAINING
Ages 6-11
Developing fundamental athletic movement skills is vital. This establishes a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation. Proper movement techniques with increased force production leads to maximized long-term potential. As athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and competitiveness, the need for improved joint and muscle integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury.
ADVANCED ATHLETE TRAINING
Ages 12-15

Improve performance and decrease your risk for injury with performance training at NXF. We focus on providing individualized and group training based on your goals and the demands of your sport. Programs are created to improve performance by building speed and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. By training movements for individual and team sports, NXF focuses on creating greater functional movement to support the physical demands young athletes face in sports.

Through motivation, accountability, passion, and support, we work with athletes to develop a well-rounded approach that takes into account their specific individual needs.
